Cumquat Soufflé

Ingredients
2 eggs separated
25 g + 25g caster sugar
3-4 tsps pureed candied cumquats (see previous post for recipe)
Extra caster sugar for dusting ramekins
Softened butter to coat ramekins
Salt
Icing Sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
